>Meal Plan Monday – on a Sunday!

>This week I’m going for it on the diet. If all goes well at work tomorrow with the boss and I’m allowed to book some holiday, I will be taking E out to Spain to see M on the 5th of May for 6 nights. So to try and speed up my weight loss a bit and get back on the diet wagon I’ve been hitting the salad for the last few days and the wii fit too. Amazing what the thought of squeezing into a swimsuit or tankini will do to waning willpower!

Sunday

Breakfast – peanut butter on toast
Lunch – jacket potato with meatballs and chorizo in pesto (this is quick but absolutely gorgeous!)
Dinner – chicken and parma ham salad

Monday

Breakfast – toast
Lunch – chicken and parma ham salad with a jacket potato
Dinner – soup

Tuesday

Breakfast – toast
Lunch – chicken and parma ham salad
Dinner – chicken tikka and rice

Wednesday

Breakfast – toast
Lunch – chicken tikka with salad
Dinner – meatballs with pasta

Thursday

Breakfast – toast
Lunch – steak salad
Dinner – spanish chicken and rice

Friday

Breakfast – toast
Lunch – chicken and parma ham salad with a jacket potato
Dinner – soup

Saturday

Breakfast – bacon sarnie
Lunch – soup
Dinner – tuna pasta

Sunday

Breakfast – bacon sarnie
Lunch – roast dinner
Dinner – chicken & parma ham salad

A bit boring, but I’m trying to use up what I have in my cupboards and fridge/freezer so it’s using things I already have rather than going out and buying yet more food.
