So what would you do with £40,000? I’ve been sitting here thinking about what I would do with all of that money and for some bizarre reason I was really stuck with what I could do with it. Then the sensible me kicked in and I decided I’d pay off all of my debts (which luckily still leaves me with a hefty amount of money left!) Then I thought I’d treat us all to the following:

My daughter has always wanted to go horse riding on the beach so I’d have to pay for us to go

I’ve always wanted to go to Mauritius so I’d have to take a trip there for sure

Then I’d take the other half to The Cotswolds for a romantic long weekend, which is where he took me for my birthday a few months after we got together, and we both fell in love with it. I’d buy us all some new clothes, treat myself to a few spa days, get manicures and pedicures and my hair cut and coloured in a hair salon (for a change), treat us to some meals out, buy my sister a great wedding present and treat my mum and her husband to something nice too. Anything left over would go straight into the savings account!
