It’s the first time I’ve joined in with Meal Planning Monday’s over at Mrs M’s but I needed an excuse to write a proper meal plan for the week so I thought I’d give it a go. Plus it will hopefully stop me buying all sorts of rubbish when I go shopping if I have a definitive list of meals to buy for.
My daughter and my man both take lunches to school and work, the daughter takes a sandwich, as does he if there are no left overs from the night before to be had so any lunches mentioned are for me (and him if he’s lucky and I make it the night before!)

Lunch – Chicken Salad
Dinner – Spanish Chicken
Saturday
Lunch – Tandoori Chicken Salad
Dinner – Pasta with Smoky Sausage Ragu
Sunday
Lunch – Ravioli on toast
Dinner – Roast Chicken & Veg
Update: Having just bought all the ingredients I didn’t have in for the above I’ve spent £23.88 on shopping this week which for 3 people is pretty good, with a little extra on bread/breakfasts and milk.
